A Charlotte literary tradition, enjoy an evening of food, wine, and conversation with 5 New York Times best-selling authors celebrating the joy of reading, writing and libraries. This event is in support of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation and features authors Elliot Ackerman, Paula McLain, Casey Gerald, Julia Reed, Lou Berney.

Charlotte Marathon

The Novant Health Charlotte Marathon features 5 different races: the marathon, half-marathon, marathon relay, 5K and kid’s 1-mile run. Runners experience the sights and sounds of some of the Queen City’s best streets, historic landmarks, sporting venues and neighborhoods. Expect entertainment along the course, major headliners at the finish line festival and 5 distance options.
