If I don’t subscribe, can I still read the Charlotte Agenda and daily newsletter for free?
Yes, of course! None of our content is behind a paywall.

Can I choose a specific size for my T-shirt?
Yes! We’ll email you individually to get your size and address. Expect an email from us within 30 days after you’ve become a member.

What payment processor do you use? Do you store my credit card details?
We use Stripe to process payments for memberships. Charlotte Agenda itself does not have access to your full credit card details at any time.

Can I just buy a T-shirt or a trucker hat?
No, this gear is only available to annual members.

How do I renew my Charlotte Agenda membership?
It’s automatic. Monthly memberships will renew every month, and annual members once a year. You can turn off auto-renew by logging in, going to the “Hello [your-name]” dropdown at the top right corner, and clicking “Account Settings.” Then toggle to the “Subscriptions” tab and click “Turn off auto-renewal.”

How do I cancel my Charlotte Agenda membership?
Log in, go to the “Hello [your-name]” dropdown at the top right corner, and click “Account Settings.” Then toggle to the “Subscriptions” tab and click “Turn off auto-renewal.” This means you will not be charged for your next billing cycle. We do not issue returns for memberships.
