Salary range:
$57,155 – $69,856

Work schedule:
8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday with evening and weekend hours, as necessary.

Primary purpose of position:
The primary purpose of this position is to independently manage the strategic development, execution and measurement of a Belk College Graduate Programs marketing plan in consultation with the Belk College Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and the Executive Director of External Relations. The developed marketing plan will be integrated with all graduate business program recruitment and enrollment goals. This position will provide input and consultation into the customer relationship management system with information technology leadership. The position will develop a strategic marketing and communications plan to influence the improved recruitment and rankings of the Belk College graduate programs in consultation and collaboration with graduate programs, departments and external relations leadership.

Minimum education/experience:
Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in a closely related field and at least three years of experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities needed in the area of assignment.

Essential job duties:
Develop, execute and advise on graduate business program marketing plan objectives to achieve enrollment and awareness goals for new and existing Belk College graduate programs. Develop print and digital communication to reach prospective graduate business students and achieve increased brand awareness. Strategic management of graduate program websites in collaboration with key internal and external partners. Cultivate relationships with key internal partners to achieve university, college and program specific goals. Assess performance of graduate program marketing and communication campaigns in achieving objectives.

Departmental preferred experience, skills, training/education:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
Master’s degree or certificate preferred in related field.
Certifications and training in digital marketing preferred.
Higher education marketing experience preferred.
