1 Corinthians 13:4: Love is patient, love is kind..it is not rude…it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs…it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails(perfect)…when the perfect comes, the imperfect disappears. #lifegoals #superpowers to practice patience when acting out in frustration would be easier, to practice being kind when unkindness would actually be eye for an eye, to practice forgiveness even when not doing so can be justified, to practice making all these imperfect ways of relating to myself and my neighbor disappear with this perfect tool of love, and to practice trusting that love never fails.

Galatians 5:22: But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control. Against such things there is no law. (Not even gravity)! Practice from this place and every moment is abundant, bountiful, fruitful, blessed.

Happy hump day hollowback!!:) I remember when I first saw @dkyoga post a pic of him doing this pose, in the same place, and I thought “that shit is awesome!”(homage to my good friend:) I find it awe inspiring that there are people that can do what i am not yet able to! They stir my curiosity…that energy that wonders “hmmm, is that even possible for me,” and then explores the practice playfully, diligently, and lovingly towards an outcome…maybe the one I’ve set my sights on, maybe a different one, but regardless of the outcome, and to the best of my ability, enjoying each and every moment of my journey! I celebrate the people in my life that presence me to what is possible, and seek to inspire that in each and every! Look for the beauty, beholder, and speak to it often:)

7 Tips for #SelfLove • • 1. Be mindful. People who have more self-love tend to know what they think, feel and want. They are mindful of who they are and act on this knowledge, rather than on what others want for them. 2. Act on what you need rather than what you want. By staying focused on what you need, you turn away from automatic behavior patterns that get you into trouble, keep you stuck in the past, and lessen self-love. 3. Practice good self-care. Nourish yourself daily through healthy activities, like sound nutrition, exercise, proper sleep, intimacy and healthy social interactions. 4. Set boundaries. Its ok to say no to work, or activities that deplete or harm you physically, emotionally and spiritually, or express poorly who you are. 5. Protect yourself. Bring the right people into your life. I Stay away from frenemies. The “friends” who take pleasure in your pain and loss rather than in your happiness and success. Its best to just Get rid of them. There isn’t enough time in your life to waste on people who want to take away your shine. 6. Forgive yourself. We can be so hard on ourselves. The downside of taking responsiblity for our actions is punishing ourselves too much for mistakes in learning and growing. You have to accept your humanness (the fact that you are not perfect), before you can truly love yourself. Practice being less hard on yourself when you make a mistake. Remember, there are no failures, if you have learned and grown from your mistakes; there are only lessons learned. 7. Live intentionally, with purpose and design. Your path doesn’t have to be crystal clear. Just make decisions that point you towards a meaningful and healthy life, with and intention to feel good about yourself. Everything else will fall into place ✨✨PC: @jrsychp #InspirationPoint #OpenYourHeart #CoronaDelMar #Yoga #RockClimbing #StayWildAndFree #Explore #TakeAhike #OptOutside #BeachVibes #TheGreatOutdoors #RoadTrip #Adventure #Travel #Explore #yoga #California #NewportBeach
