Who’s actually reading it, and what exactly are they looking for?
Lucky for you, we’ve teamed up with a talent acquisition expert from one of Charlotte’s most high-profile companies, Lowe’s, to answer that question.
Zach Gray is an executive recruiter for Lowe’s Innovation Labs (one of the coolest divisions at Lowe’s corporate, for sure), and we’re going to pick his brain on some real life resumes so that we can all improve our own.
Here’s how it works
- We are seeking resumes relevant for any Lowe’s corporate position (you do not have to have a specific position in mind)
- A select number of resumes will be chosen to go through a detailed critique with Zach virtually (no in-person meetings are involved). Zach’s tips will be shared in an upcoming Charlotte Agenda story.
- Your name and identifying information will be redacted from the resume if shared publicly.
- Submit your resume to email@example.com with the subject line “Lowe’s resume” by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21.
