ROCKSALT’s feeling of loneliness in the Backlot of Park Road Shopping Center will be a distant memory later this spring. The Backlot will go from sleepy (which stinks for ROCKSALT sales) to red hot.
What’s coming by late spring?
- Denver-based yoga powerhouse CorePower Yoga
- Top BBQ destination Midwood Smokehouse
- Legit speakeasy from the Foxcroft Wine Co team named Dot Dot Dot
- Massive 5,000-square-foot Amelie’s.
All four of these concepts should have their grand openings between March 31 and June 1.
CorePower Yoga will be the first to open – they’ve set a firm grand opening date for Friday, March 31.
Core Power Yoga offers Vinyasa yoga, hot yoga and yoga sculpt (free-weight class). Designed to be welcoming to beginners and challenging for advanced students.
Charlotte Business Journal reports that they’ll offer training programs for yoga teachers, two-week bootcamps, retreats and wellness cleanses — along with free classes for the first week. The space is 3,100 square feet and includes lockers, showers and retail.
