Deputy Finance Director
This position supervises many general accounting activities of the Library including but not limited to Payroll, Procurement and Accounts Payable. The position also performs or oversees duties related to Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Compliance, Audit Management, Finance Systems Administration and may lead special projects as assigned. This position will assist in developing, implementing and monitoring fiscal policies, procedures, strategic plans, systems and related initiatives. The position will also oversee the month-end and year-end close process and assist with monitoring financial performance and keeping senior management team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
The Deputy Finance Director reports to the Library Finance Director. The Library Finance Director, Deputy Finance Director and 3 fiscal staff manage all financial activities for the Library’s almost $40 million dollar annual budget.
