JJ’s Red Hots, the award-winning hot dog spot in Dilworth, is expanding into Uptown. This is their third location (the second is in Ballantyne).

The new location will be at 400 South Tryon  – the same building that will also house Rhino Market’s second location.

The restaurant is scheduled to open until late spring/early summer 2017.

“We believe that the square around Romare Bearden Park will be a very vibrant part of the future of our great city,” said proprietor Jon Luther. “And to be in such a historic building as 400 South Tryon is the mustard on the hot dog! We look forward to many years of success serving the hard working people of Charlotte.”

JJ’s Red Hot’s Chief Brand Officer Brandy Newton shared, “The encased meat loving people of the Queen City made this growth possible. Thank you, Charlotte, for loving us as much as we love you.”
