An earlier version of this story stated that Living Kitchen would be handing out complimentary mimosas on Sunday. They have temporarily retracted this plan as it violates ABC regulations. We will update this piece again if they are able to find an offer that meets the ABC’s guidelines.
Living Kitchen is now open 7 days a week.
The vegan restaurant, located at Atherton Mill in South End, announced yesterday that it would be adding Sunday brunch service from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning this weekend.
For now, they’ll be serving their existing breakfast and lunch menus on Sunday.
But they say a brunch menu is in the works.
Absolutely can’t wait to see what they come up with there. If you’re not familiar with Living Kitchen’s menu, don’t expect traditional brunch fare. Their current breakfast offerings include things like quinoa porridge, a chia breakfast bowl and a raw bagel topped with cashew sour cream.
I’d like to add one vote for waffles of some kind.
The new Sunday hours start this weekend.
So stop in on Sunday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
