Sealed Air continues its growth streak and hiring is up. Sealed Air is a sneaky Fortune 500 company and their headquarters are here in Charlotte. The company strives to create a world that feels, tastes and works better. Last year alone, they generated about $7.0 billion in revenue.
Haven’t heard of them? Maybe you’ll recognize Bubble Wrap®, Cryovac® food packaging solutions or Diversey® cleaning and hygiene solutions. Yep, that’s Sealed Air and their 23,000 employees who serve customers in 169 countries.
Actually, they’re building new headquarters right now. The full new campus will be complete by 2017. Campus will also include a gym, indoor/outdoor cafeteria area overlooking the lake and a coffee bar.

Department: Product Care, Packaging Applications
Overview: “The applicant will be responsible for the Packaging Dynamics Testing Center team providing dynamics and testing services leadership throughout the global Packaging Applications Center (PAC) network.”

Department: Food Care Division
Overview: “Sealed Air is looking for a collaborative, results-oriented business professional to assess learning needs and goals and develop the tools to deliver a comprehensive learning plan for the customer facing teams of the Food Care Division.”
Why it’s cool: This role requires a highly creative and analytical person to enhance retention and the transfer of knowledge.
Overview: “The primary objective of the position is to effectively and efficiently manage Sealed Air’s packaging spend in order to deliver optimal quality at the lowest total cost of ownership.”
Why it’s cool: This position will help manage an annualized spend of approximately $60 million within NA across a variety of packaging spend categories.
Department: Food Care Packaging
Overview: “Works primarily with pricing/marketing/portfolio to provide analysis of deals and recommendations for putting together the best contracts for the company in the Food Care Packaging business. This includes using all of the available tools for this strategy and analysis.”

Department: National Food Service Accounts
Overview: “The Key Account Director’s primary responsibility is to sell, grow and develop National Food Service Accounts utilizing Sector Customer Value Propositions to realize significant profitable value for Diversey while ensuring strong Customer value and partnership.”

Department: Research & Development
Overview: “This position will play a vital leadership role in the management of a portfolio of development projects as they pass through each phase from concept through commercialization.”

Overview: “Enable Diversey Care to grow its healthcare and institutional market share and thought leadership position by helping increase the credibility and capability of Sealed Air, Diversey Care in the infection prevention arena.”
Why it’s cool: You’ll be a pioneer, in that you’ll work with the Healthcare Sector team to develop and implement a strategy to build Sealed Air’s credibility and brand with Infection Preventionists in North America.
Department: Supply Chain
Overview: “The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Management in Supply Chain to build a high performance driven culture and develop talent strategies that clearly reflect the business strategies.”
