The name Kid Cashew has been buzzing in my ear for a few days. Seeing sightings of their offerings piqued my interest.
Let’s go on a little photo tour of Kid Cashew, shall we?
Kid Cashew’s décor reminds me of hanging out with friends in their dining room — a touch of home mixed with modern flair.
First up was the Goat’s Breast Milk. We got the carafe and and drank every last sip, it was that good. So refreshing.
Chargrilled Spanish Octopus, Wild-Gulf Shrimp and Passionate Beet + Arugula Salad are perfect small plates for sharing (or having all to yourself).
The Pork Shoulder, Mac and Five Cheese Gratin, Smashed Fingerling Potatoes were all so tasty, together and separately.
If you get the Smashed Fingerling Potatoes, it’s served with bacon + egg and I learned there is a certain way to eat it.
All smashed together. It’s tastes so much better that way. Don’t forget to ask for the Cilantro Yogurt Dipping Sauce to complete the meal.
For dessert, the creamiest gelato. I wish they sold this in gallon form.
