IT Manager

Overview:
American Service Brands is looking for a dynamic individual to provide level one hardware and software support to its employees. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and document all technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate necessary technical and non-technical information to coworkers in a simple and concise manner in person, phone and e-mail.
• Resolve complex problems that require in-depth analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide fast, friendly support to all members of the company, many of whom are on a deadline.
• Ability to multitask on day-to-day basis and larger projects.
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful troubleshooting actions made through final resolution.
• Develop solutions and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
• Maintain device inventory
• Use our ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems.
• Setup and configure Apple Products such as desktops, laptops, and some PC devices and connect them to our MDM.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as Phishing awareness
• User accounts creation and maintenance
• Knowledge with networking administration

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows and MacOS desktop support or A+ Certified
• iOS, Office 365 and Microsoft Apps skill friendly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and multitask in a fast-pace support environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of user management database with Office 365 user support.
• Intermediate to advanced technical support experience with: Freshdesk, Hexnode, Network Troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, OSX troubleshooting, Office 365 Apps, &iOS.
• Service Titan Experience is a plus.
