The B2C Senior Marketing Manager will own and lead the B2C experience/journey and communications across multiple platforms with hourly worker applicants and Community Members. You must have a strategic viewpoint, but a relentless focus on executing in the here and now.

• Implementing B2C communications across numerous channels including text, in-app messaging, email, chat, interactive voice response (IVR), mobile/web, automated responses, etc.
• Integrating and analyzing disparate data sources
• Measuring and optimizing communications
• Interpreting B2C data & conveying insights to drive organizational understanding
• Identifying root cause issues with B2C process/flow and initiating rapid response solutions
• Developing B2C content (videos, PDFs, training materials, promos, radio, etc.)
• Creating & delivering all in-app messaging, help files, and chat scripts
• Building and launching B2C digital advertising campaigns (paid, earned, shared, & owned)
• Driving deep understanding of B2C target market, segmentation, preferences, and behaviors
• Expanding efforts beyond traditional recruitment outlets to include new consumer segments (stay-at-home parents, retirees, college students, second incomers)
• Expanding and managing B2C social media channels and MyWorkChoice ratings & reviews
• Overseeing the Employee Referral Program
• Leading UX decisions related to B2C experience in the app and on the web / mobile


• Digital marketing acumen with strong focus on virtual delivery of holistic customer experience
• Consumer mapping experience
• Data interpretation and B2C segmentation knowledge
• Creative thinking & strong problem-solving skills
• Project management
• Promote positive attitude, teamwork, and collaborative environment, flexibility to respond to highly fluid, dynamic, start-up environment
• Experience with CRM and cloud-based marketing applications (WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Intercom, Facebook Ads, ClickUp, SEMrush, Canva, SurveyMonkey, Texedly, plus others)
• 3 – 5 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Intercom experience
• Basic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
• HubSpot certified
• Google Analytics certified
