The Digital Account Manager will manage the client portfolio. They will be responsible for day-to-day client communications, planning, and strategic direction for all inbound marketing initiatives. The Digital Account Manager will possess a keen understanding of inbound marketing and the capability to distill subject-matter for optimal client understanding and adoption. The Digital Account Manager has 1-3 years of experience managing clients at various sizes and in a variety of industries. Previous agency experience is preferred.

• Act as the point of contact for clients for all inbound marketing initiatives
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Help set digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements
• Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
• Address client questions effectively and in a timely manner
• Present new initiatives, strategic direction, and reports to clients
• Analyze digital campaign success and collaborate with SEM / Strategic team to develop strategic direction
• Work directly with Project Manager to ensure all client tasks are delegated and completed in a timely manager
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or another relevant field
• 1-3 years experience as an Account Manager in an agency environment
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and platforms and tools
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
