These units offer more square footage than your average Charlotte apartment, even the studio, and have a cool industrial vibe. The monorail floorplan is technically a studio but it has decently sized and defined bedroom, kitchen, and living areas. It also has a generous closet and bathroom.

The community doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or gym, but the location is prime. You can walk to Optimist Hall and NoDa and Uptown are just a few minutes away.

Right now, they’re offering one month of free rent. If you decide to prorate your monthly rent instead of take the one-time deal up front, your payment would be under $1,000 for a studio.

Move here if: You want a convenient, cool location but don’t want to sacrifice the space.

Price per square foot: $1.44

The interiors of the apartments have sleek cabinetry, plank flooring, and minimal ornamentation. The one-beds each have spacious balconies and open floorplans, some even have skyline views.

Move here if: All of your favorite spots are in Plaza Midwood, and you like a good deal.
