The primary focus for this individual will be web site strategy and implementation, lead generation, healthcare campaign coordination, customer communications, and sales support related to the company’s innovative product portfolio. This position will have no direct report but will be supported by the VP of Marketing.

The role requires strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills. Most deliverables will be deadline-oriented to both internal and external parties. The role will require interaction with other company departments as well as clients and outside agencies.

The selected candidate will demonstrate exceptional initiative, a positive attitude and advanced marketing skills.

• Build and execute web strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Be the SCJP Healthcare lead for the move to one common platform (from three)
• Leverage AdWords, SEO / SEM, and online web promotion campaigns
• Review content and keep the US healthcare section of the website updated
• Create landing pages for select marketing campaigns and verticals
• Coordinate and optimize company pages within web platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate web data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Develop social media posts for (LinkedIn, FB and Twitter) which are timely and attention-getting – one post per week is optimal
• Manage the web lead generation for US healthcare and communicate to the appropriate sales contact in a timely fashion
• Implement lead nurturing and track lead follow-up
Healthcare Communication and Campaign Coordination
• Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained on key marketing assets with claims and communicate to appropriate reviewers while keeping a log of progress. Keep creator informed of progress
• Strategize with product manager and department head on messaging, concepts and initiatives
• Coordinate with Communication’s Manager to develop innovative campaigns and promotions to drive sales
• Ensure sales training platform (ACTO) is updated with all relevant and new marketing materials and training materials
• Manage new brand launch and brand strategy
• Execute the transition from DebMed to SC Johnson Professional Healthcare through all campaigns, product labeling, and customer communications
• Manage HubSpot & Boingo account, PR activities, and other related agencies
• Coordinate communications to field, end-users, distributors and GPOs associated with product changes
• Ensure healthcare branding and approved claims are visible and clear with tradeshow materials
• Coordinate attendance and related activities for select tradeshows
• Assist with cross-references as needed
• Maintain log associated with advertising, websites, lead generation, agency fees, and other related activities
Sales Support
• Communicate key marketing initiatives to the field on a timely basis
• Sales meeting & event organization
• Sales training set-up and coordination
• Key point of contact for the field when product management is not available


• Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe plus CRM, and CMS platforms), and/or OS-based platforms
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• High integrity and a solid work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Organized self-starter willing to take the initiative to get things done and work with all levels of co-workers and outside vendors
• Creative, outside-the-box thinker
• Able to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments
• Strong experience in marketing through social media channels, especially with HubSpot
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years prior experience in B2B marketing and website management (or other similar online marketing platforms)
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate concisely across all levels of management and customers
