Real Time Communication Product & Service Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the annual budget of product portfolio
• Contract negotiation and Scope of Work development for strategic CTO projects
• Manage the full product life cycle based on vendor roadmap and bank requirements
• Introduce new product and service offerings in line with the delivery of next-generation conferencing
• Partner with BRMs to relay critical information about current and future product and service changes
• Ownership of service management and service delivery assessments and intensive review of monthly service reports ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Accountability for vendor improvement plans, specifically adherence to contracted SLA’s and OLA’s
• Drive product set to meet best-in-class benchmarks for pricing/cost pools

Qualifications:
Required

• 10+ Years of experience
• Experience working in or with the financial or banking industry
• Experience working directly with customers to drive innovation, delivery, and satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience delivery new solutions/services to customers
• Ability to influence vendors on product and service improvements
• Ability to work with control partners including GIS, Compliance, and Legal
• Solid financial and negotiation skills
