Responsibilities:
• Effectively lead prospective buyers through the Home Buying Process
• Demonstrate model home, available floor plans, inventory homes and homesites
• Present purchase agreements and required addenda
• Coordinate with preferred lenders helping customers select a financing program
• Initiate prospecting to attract new customers and participate in Realtor Outreach
• Timely and accurate completion of sales administration
• Deliver superior customer service to customers
• Staff assigned model 5 days/week with 2 consecutive days off and work 3 weekends a month

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of proven track record preferred in New Home Sales or in General Brokerage
• Demonstrate the ability to lead a prospect through a buying process
• Persuasive and possess strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Excellent Human Relations Skills, Competitive and Results Driven
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work within a team setting and use a collaborative approach to ensure success
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently achieving sales goals
• Four-year degree preferred
