We are looking for a Business Manager to assist one of our many Financial Advisors.
• Prepare for meetings with clients
• Pull reports, applications, and statements
• Prepare and submit paperwork
• Mail out contracts to clients
• Communicating with and between the clients and company
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Manage calendars
• Efficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Eager to learn
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of financial experience.
• Series “7” license preferred, but not required.
