Overview:
We are looking for a Account Manager who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, is self-driven, and is passionate about providing excellent client service. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic part of an integrated client services team, managing our B2B clients and leading 4 – 6 client accounts. The core of the position is serving as a strategic partner and advisor to the client, becoming an expert on both their business and their industry. Your work will focus on exploring inbound and traditional marketing strategies, using a strategic-based approach that aligns with SMART goals you set for each client, as well as presenting their value as it pertains to the client’s specific business objectives. You will work with our internal team to make sure that all work is on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Capable to manage complex projects from beginning to end, successfully balance multiple projects and ensure timely and successful project completion
• Command a thorough knowledge of the client’s business goals and objectives, trends, competitive landscape, target audience and internal dynamics
• Effectively develop integrated marketing communication plans, creative briefs, proposals, presentations and other elements needed to deliver on strategic goals and manage expectations for all work
• Generate and deliver strategic solutions, proactively demonstrating your ability to solve problems and respond to opportunities in the context of the client’s business
• Cultivate a positive and trusted relationship with the client, vendors, and internal team
Monitor and review ongoing workstreams to ensure alignment with client process and requirements
• Assess clients’ metrics, conduct analysis and provide performance reports
• Create landing pages, calls-to-action, update website pages, and optimize websites to improve conversion and user experience
• Help retain and expand client relationships
• Implement, launch and manage client HubSpot accounts
• Manage organic and paid ad campaigns with an emphasis on meeting pre-planned goals
• Provide support and clear communications to clients and internal client services team
• Develop strategy and execution for SEO, social media, content, and conversion rate optimization
• Contribute and direct a team to action plans, strategy, and marketing recommendations provided to clients
• Learn and become familiar with Account-Based Marketing strategies and Sales Enablement techniques for client success
• Great communication and client-facing skills
• Exceptional writing skills
• Professional understanding of Inbound Marketing methodologies and tools
• Demonstrate a willingness for continuous learning and proactively participate in opportunities
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skill
• Report to Strategic Account Manager

Qualifications:
• Digital (and preferably inbound) marketing experience: Preferably: 4+ years
• Demonstrated account leadership, initiative and interest to grow
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature
• Team-oriented and customer-centric approach
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail
• Professional experience with Google Analytics (or similar analytics application)
• Experience with HubSpot a plus
• Completion of 6-8 HubSpot certifications required within the first 60 days
• Experience with Google Ads a plus
• Completion of Google Ads certification required within the first 60 days
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possesses a desire for ongoing learning in digital marketing and analytics
• Ability to travel for business as required
