Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company’s portfolio of brands includes Take 5 Oil Change, Meineke Car Care Centers, 1-800 Radiator, MAACO, and CARSTAR Collision Repair and Auto Painting. The Company has offices in Charlotte, New Orleans, and offices outside of San Francisco and Toronto.

The Vice President of Meineke Marketing will be responsible for driving the Marketing agenda for the Meineke business. The individual will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work in close partnership with the President, Repair & Maintenance. The Vice President owns all consumer touchpoints with the Meineke customer.

• Manage and develop the Meineke Marketing organization, both direct reports and the more junior members of the team
• Leverage the various data sets (POS data, Market Research, Operational/KPI data) to determine growth and leverage areas on the business and where/how to direct the marketing funds
• Partner with Franchisees and Operations leaders to implement business-driving marketing initiatives
• Work alongside VP, Driven Insights to direct market research and data analysis to identify: market segmentation, the core consumer target(s), brand positioning, ideal customer experience, leverageable consumer and business insights
• Manage a roster of agencies (traditional creative, digital, CRM, media buying, etc.)
• Be a driver of business (P&L) results

• Strong manager and talent developer
• Demonstrated data analytics skill
• Extensive creative development background
• Practiced in various Market Research techniques, including Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Creative Testing, Attitude & Usage Tracking
• Experienced in managing marketing budgets, agencies, and outputs across traditional media, digital outlets, and CRM/Direct Response arenas
• Background in Franchise (or Dealer, Distributor, Sales Agent, etc.) environments
• Worked in retail service environments
