We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for Charlotte Montessori School. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience working in QuickBooks, Excel, Access, Payroll & Benefits. Candidates must be extremely accurate with calculations, be detailed-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. This position requires a friendly and positive personality as they assist families and staff daily at our school.

• Bachelor’s degree in field (or related field)
• Experience with bookkeeping or managing financial processes in a school setting
• Knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration for a staff of 30
• Knowledge of budgeting

Job Type: Part-Time 20 hrs. a week
Salary: $22 – $25 an hr.
