Overview:
The Website Strategy Director is responsible for managing a team that focuses on maintaining and optimizing our public website, as well as key customer experience interactions in our authenticated space. This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of driving transformation and innovation into our websites. This role will be focused on continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities and what’s next.

Responsibilities:
• Own the overall development and delivery of the CitizensBank.com presence, from roadmap to development and execution
• Own overall roadmap of Web Content Management System (WCMS) from content creation and rich media management to omni-channel publication, optimization, automation, commerce, and community.
• Work within Agile framework and drive priorities and results of a dedicated Agile team
• Constantly improve site experience by encouraging a growth and optimization mindset among your team to improve performance and customer experience
• Own overall delivery, assessment, and measurement of this critical channel
• Work with UX and stakeholders across the organization to build out site experiences, interactions, and tools
• Own personalization experience and strategy in this channel
• Manage our DMP (Data Management Platform) and partner with data and analytics stakeholders to optimize
• Identify new opportunities and solutions to drive the experience forward – be on top of what’s best in class and what’s up and coming
• Partner closely with our technology team to identify elegant and efficient technology solutions
• Manage and maintain the website and its development team and ensure on-time delivery of all web projects

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology role
• 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or Open Text Team Site
• 5+ years of People management experience
• Experience managing a website platform
• Experience leveraging a broad range of marketing website technologies (e.g. CMS, analytics, tag management, customer feedback tools, testing tools)
• Experience working with a DMP (Data Management Platform)
• Experience with personalization tactics and technologies
• Experience managing one or more major website rebuild or rebranding efforts
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Passion for building high performing sites and teams (both technical and non-technical)
• Ability to independently and effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflicts
• Ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
