Bella Tunno is a purpose-driven baby accessories brand with a vision ending child hunger. We donate one meal to one American child for every product sold. We’ve donated over 4,000,000 meals to date. Our products are bright, modern, and personality-filled. Since our launch in 2005, we have been placed in over 3,000 doors nationally and work with multiple key accounts, such as Target, Nordstrom, and Buy Buy Baby.

Overview:
The Product Manager is responsible for new product development and managing the product lifecycle of existing products at Bella Tunno. This person will own the product planning and execution including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with design, development, sales, and marketing teams to bring products to market. The Product Manager must ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role is both highly strategic and highly creative.

Qualifications:
• 4-year college degree
• Prior experience as a buyer and/or product manager
• Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator

Responsibilities:
• Manage the design of current products
• Develop and create new products
• Manage all product testing
• Grow manufacturer relationships for new products and existing products
• Assess current trends
• Determine SKU additions and discontinuations
• Determine margin / ROI on potential new products
• Assess the competitive landscape (competitive shopping and placement analysis)
• Travel to seasonal tradeshows
• Create and manage seasonal product development calendar
• Create seasonal trend boards
• Create a seasonal strategy
• Create design ‘brief concepts’
• Direct and manage the graphic design team
• Present trend boards and strategic direction to key stakeholders
• Lead and Mange Line Reviews
• Identify product – appropriate manufacturing partners
• Manage product creation based on briefs
• Communicate with factories
• Perfect sample development
• Identify and conduct regulatory tests
• Create and update GCC documents (General Conformity Certificates)
