Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Healthstat, you will join our in-house marketing team and help support our mission and vision through digital communication for internal, B2B & B2C audiences. Our ideal candidate is a proactive individual with well-developed critical thinking skills. Someone who can process and solve problems as quickly as they arise. Your daily work can range widely from email marketing to content creation to developing comprehensive digital strategies. To find success in this role, you should possess a can-do attitude and the drive to back it up. You should also hold in-depth experience and proven skills in deploying comprehensive digital marketing plans. Ultimately, you will help support Healthstat by effectively increasing awareness, driving acquisition, and optimizing conversions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies including contact strategy, segmentation/targeting, ongoing testing and content creation to drive sales and brand loyalty
• Develops, implements and manages integrated marketing campaigns that promote Healthstat and its products and services through digital channels to drive website traffic, leads, and sales
• Develops copy for email campaigns, social media posts scheduled within Pardot, and website transaction pages and calls-to-action
• Follow digital marketing strategy guidance and instruction to help ensure a cohesive digital consumer journey
• Establish proper tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the strategy using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, etc. Track and report on KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and benchmarks to help evolve our digital strategies
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines
• Work independently while maintaining excellent ongoing status communication
• Partner with leaders in other departments to understand business objectives and provide design solutions

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 5-plus years’ experience developing comprehensive, integrated digital strategies with a desired focus in healthcare
• Demonstrated skill in the areas of marketing automation (Pardot preferred)
• Strong copywriting skills
• High-level knowledge of content marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Computer savvy: Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc., Google Analytics, working understanding of HTML and CSS, Department project management and communication tools – Asana, Slack, GoToWebinar
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors, internal team members, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining quality
