We are looking for a Content Producer at Mode who will lead the day-to-day management of multi-faceted photo and video productions from conception to completion. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate with our internal teams and external partners to help ideate, create, plan, and execute all photo and video productions for content across a variety of channels.

Reporting to the Director of Production, you are the interface for all teams and processes during the life of a production. Experience and confidence overseeing complicated productions autonomously within budget and time constraints is critical. This role is responsible for moving each project through the agency by managing internal teams and coordinating external agency resources while ensuring all internal, external, and client teams are aligned from kickoff to delivery. Your ability to help motivate, oversee, and execute is a must.

• Work closely with our full-time team of photographers, creatives, content, account and strategy leads, and producers
• Lead production from start to finish through creation & management of detailed estimates, coordination of internal resources, source & book crew, locations, talent & equipment, coordinate travel, maintain on set documents, and other shoot-related duties
• Contribute to the creative process by assessing the feasibility of proposed creative, recommending approaches, and having ownership over the quality of the final product
• Drive efficiencies, identify & resolve challenges in the workflow, and improve execution of production processes through solution-oriented thinking
• Collaborate with social content and content studio teams to manage social projects and bridge the gap in process and asset creation
• Own all aspects of content and motion projects that enter the agency from acceptance to delivery
• Manage development of necessary documents such as call sheet, shoot schedule, pre-production, and production plans
• Act as lead contact on set, troubleshooting obstacles to keep shoots running smoothly
• Track and maintain budget throughout the life of a project
• Coordinate post-production efforts, working with our internal team and external partners to communicate all direction and feedback while maintaining the timeline and ultimately delivering final files on time and within specifications
• Stay current on technical information and industry knowledge to ensure seamless launches and high-quality, accurate delivery

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years professional experience working in shoot production and/or a creative agency setting
• Knowledge of the production process and what goes into both photo and video shoots from planning to on set to post production
• Experience producing static and moving content
• Resource and timeline management
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
