Work with clients to analyze, formulate, design, mobilize and drive digital transformation initiatives. Advise clients on pressing strategic challenges and opportunities surrounding business strategy, enterprise architecture, IT operations, infrastructure, technology strategy, and digital transformation. Help our clients translate strategy into actionable technical design, and transformation planning and mobilization.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternately, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 3 years of experience at a financial services company or as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services.
Must have 4 years of experience managing projects with defined deliverables and budgets; managing the schedule; client relationship management; communicating strategically around key issues; and conflict resolution and consensus building.
Must have 4 years of experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, or Visio.
Must have 4 years of experience in IT enablement through effective strategic planning, governance, and management discipline.
Must have 3 years of experience in at least 3 of the following technical competencies:
