Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional focused on selling subscriptions directly to Universities through our On Campus program. The successful candidate is a top producer who is passionate about selling and has a proven track record of success in prospecting, business development and achieving monthly sales goals. He or she excels in prospecting, follow up and conducting presentations. Qualified applicants must be comfortable asking for the sale and be goal oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Prospecting is a key element of this position; it requires identifying and qualifying new Universities and researching new leads
• Selling the subscription program directly to Universities through calls and emails
• Consistent follow up with prospects to hit revenue goals
• Effectively manage time and efforts with a focus on generating revenue
• Develop new business and manage the sales cycle from start to finish
• Meet minimum activity levels to ensure goals are achieved
• Help managing On Campus customer service as needed
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• React to market feedback and adjust approach as necessary

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Successful sales experience (1-2 years) in telephone sales
• High energy & strong work ethic
• Effective time management skills
• The ability to exceed expectations in a results-oriented environment
• Well organized with good computer skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Enjoy working in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
