Overview:
Ginger’s Revenge is a rapidly growing craft brewery based in Asheville, NC. We’re scaling quickly. We’re up and coming, and we’re looking for team members who are excited by the prospect of building new markets and relationships. If you love the craft beverage industry but are interested in beer alternatives like alcoholic ginger beer, this is an awesome opportunity to participate in a part of the industry that is experiencing triple-digit growth. We are looking for a Charlotte-based Sales Rep to help us grow sales in the Charlotte metro area.

This is a full-time position, with salary, commission, and bonus based on experience. This position is eligible for benefits after three months employment.

Qualifications:
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Loves meeting and exceeding sales goals, and has a track record of increasing sales
• Gets fired up by delighting customers with a quality product and amazing customer service
• Strong at building and maintaining relationships
• Enjoys spending time out in the market
• Alcoholic beverage industry sales experience
• Familiarity with Ginger’s Revenge products
• Draft line maintenance
• Ekos experience is a plus

Requirements:
• Sales experience is required
• Occasional night/weekend availability is required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the local and state craft beer market
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Ability to safely maneuver 50-160 lbs kegs

• Basic computer skills
