Overview:
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee Enterprise Content Management (ECM) supporting IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) operations. This includes the management of internal social business community sites for the IT EA function and frequent publications utilizing newsletters, bulletin boards and other IT and corporate communication vehicles. This individual also builds presentations to communicate IT EA updates at IT Quarterly and CIO meetings, authoring content and leveraging contributions from across the IT EA community.

Responsibilities:
• Oversees the process to obtain IT EA content management requirements and prioritization, ensuring they are all inclusive and approved, and the change management efforts necessary to adopt IT EA ECM solutions
• Provides expertise in functional design and implementation of IT EA ECM and workflow solutions to recommend ECM and communication strategies for IT EA artifacts, their maintenance, and their reuse
• Leads IT EA processes for content management including content lifecycle processes, utilizing knowledge of ECM best practices and current trends
• Designs and implements workflow processes and templates to increase speed and quality of downstream activities as well as intranet navigation and search capabilities for IT EA content
• Organizes and facilitates IT EA community training sessions to educate appropriate audiences on the use of IT EA ECM processes
• Builds measures to report and track the usage of IT EA content, reporting on usage metrics
• Manages internal social business community sites and publications utilizing newsletters, bulletin boards, and other IT and corporate communication vehicles
• Creates presentations to communicate weekly Architecture Review Board updates to the global IT organization and monthly CIO meetings, authoring content and leveraging contributions from across the IT EA community
• Manage the monthly EA forum to communicate architecture decisions, target state architectures, and architecture roadmaps to the global IT organization

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in corporate IT, communications, or content management. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of experience managing content in documents, records, or digital assets
• 2+ years of experience with technical writing and online publishing/communication
• 2+ years of experience collaborating cross functionally within a matrix environment
• 2+ years of experience leading and implementing ECM practices across teams
• 2+ years of experience in the Microsoft SharePoint environment for document control and collaboration
• 1+ years of experience with HTML/web authoring platforms, automated workflows, and online content development lifecycle
• 1+ years of experience with intranet communication tools and/or as a community owner within a social business platform
