Admin Assistant and Marketing Specialist (HIRED)
Great opportunity to work at one of Charlotte’s top commercial real estate firms in a role serving as an administrative assistant and marketing specialist and minimal front desk receptionist duties.
• Marketing experience
• Proficient at creating flyers through Publisher, InDesign, Power Point, Adobe
• Experience with Constant Contact and Mailchimp
• Create marketing materials as needed (maps, aerials, demographics, tour presentations, etc)
• Maintain website and insure information is up to date
• Add content to website (blogs, updated listings, etc)
• Type real estate forms, letters, leases, proposals, etc. for the brokerage group
• Maintain closed deal and listing files for brokerage group
• Interact with visitors and New South team
• Applicant would need to be proficient in Word and Excel, and be willing to learn other programs/softwares (REgis, CoStar).
