The job:
Great opportunity to work at one of Charlotte’s top commercial real estate firms in a role serving as an administrative assistant and marketing specialist and minimal front desk receptionist duties.

Requirements:
• Marketing experience
• Proficient at creating flyers through Publisher, InDesign, Power Point, Adobe
• Experience with
Constant Contact and Mailchimp

Duties:
Create marketing materials as needed (maps, aerials, demographics, tour presentations, etc)
Maintain website and insure information is up to date
Add content to website (blogs, updated listings, etc)
Type real estate forms, letters, leases, proposals, etc. for the brokerage group
Maintain closed deal and listing files for brokerage group
Interact with visitors and New South team
Applicant would need to be proficient in Word and Excel, and be willing to learn other programs/softwares (REgis, CoStar).
