Goals and objectives:
• Manage the overall P&L responsibility for several markets across one of our regions.
• Build and grow the Tech Talent South brand through events, public relations efforts, brand awareness and strategic partnerships.
• Be the voice of your local markets internally and partner with key functions such as community operations, finance, marketing and sales to grow the Tech Talent South community.
Lead the Community Operations teams in your markets to achieve the following
• Create a collaborative community environment amongst our students and employees through events and personal introductions.
• Ensure that classes are fully operational and processes are running smoothly.
• Drive corporate partnerships in local markets to build out our “airplane model” of filling consumer classes with corporate sponsored seats.
• Manage sales process and churn.
• Team development and growth.
• Manage all KPI’s for the market.
• Core alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:
• Drive performance and deliver results while also growing the next generation of leaders in the market.
• Responsible for all hiring and performance management in the market.
• Ultimate responsibility for the student experience.
• Build a strong local brand through executing marketing campaigns (events, co-branding opportunities), in partnership with the marketing team.
• Build and manage high level corporate and community relationships and partnerships within the market.
• Maintain Tech Talent South brand standards in your market.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of performance and market factors.

Experience and requirements:
• Minimum 7 years experience in operations management for tech startups, hospitality, client success or a relatable industry.
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
• P&L responsibility required.
• Management experience.
• Experience managing sales and building high visibility brand a plus.
• Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
• Assertive and have a strong drive to develop those around you, being an inspirational leader.
• Experience in planning strategic growth.
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
• Proven experience with business scaling a plus.
