If you’ve ever browsed jobs at Lowe’s and considered a career at their gorgeous HQ in Mooresville, you might feel a little intimidated. After all, it’s a Fortune 50 giant and known for recruiting top talent.

The Lowe’s career team is dedicated to supporting that talent – both with internal and external hires – and that all starts with the interview process. That’s why they’re pumped to unveil The Talent Hub, a new on-site recruitment center, completely dedicated to making the interview process more modern, on-brand and – most imporantly – comfortable.

Here’s how Rachel Hawksworth, Vice President Human Resources, describes the intention behind the new space:

“We are excited to unveil The Talent Hub, a new recruiting center at our headquarters in Mooresville designed to enhance the candidate experience for current and future talent. The Talent Hub will offer a dedicated space for associates to conduct interviews while giving candidates a glimpse of Lowe’s. The moment prospective associates enter our campus, they will see how important our stores are to our company. We want candidates to immediately connect with our brand and understand the focus we have on our associates and customers.”

Here’s a look around The Talent Hub:

Peep the light fixtures featuring paint stir sticks. A lot of little touches make the space feel 100% on-brand.

Each interview room features a fun paint chip design.

There are several comfy areas to relax pre-interview, plus snacks and drinks.
