Digital Content Manager

Cato is seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to join its eCommerce team. This experienced-driven individual is responsible for the coordination and execution of our ecommerce website updates as well as the growth and development of the company’s online organic presence including search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. This key role oversees the day-to-day management and merchandising of products on our websites, ensuring quality assurance for all live content, while providing an excellent customer experience across all online devices. Specific functions include online product merchandising, taxonomy maintenance, search engine optimization and strategy development, website quality assurance and troubleshooting and analytics reporting.
Who you are:
• The ideal candidate should have direct experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS), as well as website analytics and search engine optimization tools, such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
• The candidate should possess exceptional project management and organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, a willingness to adapt to dynamic work environment, while having the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
• Qualified candidates must have a minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience including website design, analytics, development, maintenance and user experience. Fashion retail experience preferred.
