Overview:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate information management to applicable stakeholders. This includes responsibility for orchestrating large projects, leading the adoption and integration of information management best practices, working closely with senior leadership and leading a team of Information Management Individual Contributors. This role provides all the product attributes needed for Omni-channel selling and a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provides current, timely and usable product master data.
• Manages product master data for the Deliver phase. This includes responding to any business concern for data delivery and accuracy.
• Collaborates with necessary stakeholders during product data delivery failures for solutions both short term and long term.
• Acts as the primary manager contact for all enterprise product data delivery.
• Ensures compliance to product data policies among subscribing systems.
• Ensures compliance with product data standards throughout the interaction with the quality and reporting teams Data Quality audits.
• Simplifies the item delivery process for both internal and external sources.
• Assists in product data projects, including company-wide and department-specific initiatives.
• Provides Subject Matter Expertise of applications including, but not limited to: Product Content Management (PCM), Electronic Signage, Data Quality, Microsoft Suite and Database management.
• Collaborates with the leadership and other domains to ensure all executed tasks meet product data standards.
• Provides input into the product data strategy.

Skills:
Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in any of the following: data content, merchandising, retail, implementing business processes, driving quality improvements, leading and managing projects with direct or indirect reports.
• 2+ years’ experience leading others (direct or indirect) and working cross-functionally with senior leadership.
OR
• Master’s Degree Business, Management or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in any of the following: data content, merchandising, retail, implementing business processes, driving quality improvements, leading and managing projects with direct or indirect reports.
• 2+ years’ experience leading others (direct or indirect) and working cross-functionally with senior leadership.
Preferred
• 2+ years’ experience leading others with direct reports.
