28207 is most expensive zip code in North Carolina, with a median home listing price of $1,260,133.

And recent study by Bloomberg Pursuits found that Charlotte’s 28207 zip code is the fifth richest in the south.

This zip code is the area that encompasses the Eastover neighborhood and a big portion of the Myers Park neighborhood. The zip code’s average adjusted gross income clocks in at $543,000, putting it behind the likes of Miami Beach (at number one, with a $2,543,100 AGI), Palm Beach, Naples and Houston.

Okay, let’s take a look at the priciest listings in zip code 28207. Here are eight houses we can’t stop staring at (now we’ve got to come up with the money).

Queens Road West sun through trees

600 Hermitage Road — $3,950,000

Ivy-covered stunning estate

We’re loving this European-style estate near the Duke Mansion. The interior is classic but the gated drives, pool, guest house, 1.3-acre lot and pavilion set it apart.

1711 Brandon Road — $3,400,000

Architectural gem with pops of color

We’re loving how the timeless English Country style of architecture has been blended with more modern elements and pops of color (especially the wallpaper in the computer room). This beauty was built by Kaleel Builders; designed by Frank Smith; and recently restyled by Parker Kennedy.

  • Realtor: Hanes Walker at Sotheby’s International Realty
  • Specs: 6 bed, 2 full & 2 half bath, 7,856 square feet

1711 Brandon Road

1524 Queens Road West — $3,250,000

Tuscan-style home on beloved Queens Road

We’re loving how the Tuscan architecture carries throughout the entire house with warm tones and stone flooring in some areas — and the walk-in wine cellar solidifies the Italian vibe. This house was designed by Meyer Greeson and Paullin and custom built by Alan Simonini in 2008.

  • Realtor: Gay Dillashaw at Allen Tate SouthPark
  • Specs: 4 bed, 4 full & 1 half bath, 7,884 square feet

1524 Queens Road

270 Colville Road — $3,000,000

Eastover home perfect for entertaining

We’re loving how easy entertaining in this home would be — you’ve got a huge kitchen which opens up to the family area, three bar areas and the casual dining room leads to a porch with an outdoor fire place.

  • Realtor: Vicky Mitchener at Dickens Mitchener
  • Specs: 5 bed, 5 full & 2 half bath, 8,939 square feet

270 Colville Road

2209 Sherwood Ave. — $2,975,000

Modern farmhouse-feel in Myers Park

We’re loving the contrast between the black framed windows and the English Oak hardwood floors throughout the home — it makes the space feel so modern and bright (full Agenda tour).

  • Realtor: Marissa Boyle at Costello Real Estate and Investments
  • Specs: 5 bed, 5 bath, 4,972 square feet

2209 Sherwood Ave 1

1574 Queens Road West — $2,800,000

One of the oldest Tudor-style homes in Charlotte

We’re loving how the integrity of this 1935 house has been preserved through the decades, despite the addition of many modern conveniences.

  • Realtor: Callie Kelly at Cottingham Chalk
  • Specs: 5 bed, 4 full & 1 half bath, 6,499 square feet

1574 Queens Road

265 Cherokee Road — $2,695,000

Historic Eastover estate

We’re loving the classic style of this historic home, originally designed by noted architect Martin Boyer. You’ve got four fire places, thick molding, a mahogany-paneled library and other timeless touches.

  • Realtor: Vicky Mitchener at Dickens Mitchener
  • Specs: 4 bed, 3 full & 1 half bath, 4,127 square feet

265 Cherokee Road

1617 Queens Road West — $2,575,000

Newly renovate home with seven-car garage

We’re loving how different this house is compared to its Myers Park neighbors — the exterior and interior are both amazing. It was designed by Bobby McAlpine who’s done many celebrity homes like Mitt Romney, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill and the Walton family (Wal-Mart).

  • Realtor: Kim Sheehey at HM Properties
  • Specs: 5 bed, 4 full & 1 half bath, 4,932 square feet

1617 Queens Road
