What you will do:
The Volunteer Programs Manager position plays an integral role in the development and growth of shelter programs through the implementation and cultivation of a volunteer workforce. Essential responsibilities include managing the current volunteer base, expanding volunteer involvement and enhancing the volunteer experience at our multiple locations.
What we are looking for:
Enthusiasm for our mission, as well as a Bachelor’s degree or qualifying work experience is required. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory and program development experience is preferred, along with previous experience as a volunteer or supervising volunteers.
