What you will do:
To provide sales and event administrative support for an owner of the Company.

Responsibilities:
• Will be primary customer contact regarding event-related issues/activities.
• Will oversee set up and be the primary customer contact for certain events on event date – some weekend work is required.
• Assist with presentations.
• Assist with creation of proposals.
• Manage customer relationships and handle majority of communication with assigned customers until event date.
• Process orders.
• Some inside sales.
• Confirmation calls to customers on a weekly basis.

Other details:
• This position will be partially administrative and will require some random weekend hours.
• Mid $30,000-low $40,000 is the salary range depending on experience.
