Camden Grandview unveiled the first wave of its new luxury townhome development with a grand opening over the weekend.
The project adds 28 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes to the formerly vacant property adjacent to the existing Camden Grandview apartment community.
You’ve probably seen it under construction at the South Boulevard bridge over I-277 just outside Uptown.
The new 4-level townhomes range in size from 1,755 – 2,606 square feet with rent for the smallest units starting at $3,797/month.
Pricing for the largest units isn’t available yet but could top $7,000/month. I’m available if anyone’s looking for a deadbeat roommate.
Only six 2-bedroom townhomes are currently available and the rest will open in phases from November through January.
Here’s the breakdown on the 28 units…
Available now (6 units): 2 bed / 2.5 bath, 1,755 – 1772sq ft, $3,797 – $3,847
November 2018 (7 units): 3 bed / 3.5 bath, 2,510 – 2,543 sq ft, features a dumbwaiter from kitchen to 4th floor
December/January (13 units): 2 bed / 2.5 bath, 2,237 – 2,308 sq ft, features “flex” room w/ attached bath
December/January (2 units): 3 bed / 3.5 bath, 2,606 sq ft, features personal elevator
All Camden Grandview townhomes feature a two-car garage and rooftop terrace.
Inside you’ll find finishes like Italkraft cabinets from Italy, Moen water fixtures, stainless steel appliances and noise-canceling doors on the terrace to block the sound of I-277. (The doors really work. I tested it.)
Larger units also have dumbwaiters (basically a mini elevator for transporting food, drink and other items) from the kitchen to the fourth floor. The two largest units have full-size personal elevators.
Camden Grandview is accepting townhome applications now for immediate moves and only 19 waitlist spots are available for future units.
The main leasing office address is 309 E. Morehead Street. Schedule a tour here.
