The primary responsibilities of this position include:
• Performing clerical duties for the Media and Community Relations Manager.
• Receiving, reviewing and responding to requests for charitable donations as well as assisting customers both internal and external with questions regarding our charitable donation process.
• Providing administrative support to ensure that the department operates as effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Answering telephones, typing, filing, compiling written communications, and creating reports and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist in coordinating a variety of special projects and community events for which the manager attends.
