Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate is a team player with great ideas that will reinforce our marketing campaign while embracing our rhino culture. They will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to express our company’s views creatively and the skills necessary of handling our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns and plans to drive qualified traffic to our front door.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns, social media account design and collaborate with team to ensure brand consistency.
• Generate and share engaging written and visual content daily on multiple platforms that attract our target groups.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Report on web traffic, provide feedback and research new media platforms, trends and industry opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field of study.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and developing engaging, informative and motivating digital campaigns.
• Excellent networking skills and the ability to act as a brand ambassador who can exemplify the brand image at all times.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Outstanding time management skills and the ability to supervise multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Social media management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in retail (experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus).
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
