Owned by Boston Reid and Frank Bolter, Lead 2 Real Estate Group is a small boutique real estate firm, that specializes in commercial and residential “white glove” transactions for athletes, celebrities and members of the motorsports community.

Overview:
Boston Reid, one of Charlotte’s top 200 Real Estate Agents is looking to add a full time Real Estate Agent to his team in order to service his growing client base. This full time position provides the opportunity to work closely with an experienced Top Producing Agent, as well as earn a generous base salary and transaction bonuses.

Have fun learning from one of the top agents in the Charlotte market. This is a great opportunity for a motivated agent that loves the real estate business, but doesn’t love the financial uncertainty that can come along with it. Potential for solid income growth as Boston’s business continues to grow.

Duties:
• Offer “white glove” client service.
• Work with buyers and show properties.
• Work with sellers, listing and marketing their property.
• Make and negotiate purchase contracts.
• Negotiate repair requests.
• Attend inspections and vendor appointments.
• Work closely with closing coordinator.
• Attend closings.
Farming, marketing and new business opportunites
• Prepare and present property market analysis.
• Prepare and make listing presentations.
• Prepare marketing materials for Boston Reid.
• Prepare marketing materials for listings.
• Host open houses.
• Attend networking events.
• Property research.

Skills and experience:

• Curious and a self-learner.
• Detail and process oriented.
• 1 year of experience and have completed 10 transactions
Other requirements
• Hold North Carolina Real Estate License.
• Work 4 days per week in our office.
• Maintain flexible work schedule (some weekend appointments required).
• Must maintain MLS access and associated professional expenses.
• Must use your own car for appointments.

Compensation:
• Solid base salary.
