Graham St. Pub & Patio is shooting for a March opening in Third Ward.

The highly anticipated bar with a rooftop deck has faced a string of construction delays that have pushed the project back for nearly a year.

The original projected opening was Spring 2017 followed by a readjusted goal to get open in time for last football season. That date came and went and now they’re looking at a new target of next month.

But this time things are really moving along.

The space — which includes an indoor bar and kitchen, outdoor patio and rooftop deck — is starting to take shape.

Inside features a long concrete bar as well as counter seating at the front windows, which can be opened when the weather is nice.

The patio will include additional outdoor seating along with two live trees, a mobile bar and an awesome Panthers-themed mural by Matt Stevens.

The main attraction — a second-story rooftop bar with views of BB&T Ballpark and Bank of America Stadium — will feature a second bar as well as another mural by Andy Rocco.

They’re working on an extensive street food-inspired menu designed to feel more like a food truck than a brick and mortar restaurant.

That includes things like meat and vegetable skewers, sliders, tacos and grilled cheese.

Here’s a look at a draft of part of the menu:

Stay tuned for more on an official opening day.

Until then, take a look at where they are now in construction. Graham St. Pub & Patio is located at 400 S. Graham Street.
