No, that headline does not have a typo in it, so clean up the water you just spit all over your desk and buckle up. Tindall Park, South Park’s newest luxury boutique apartment community, has officially begun leasing its 37 units.
The property fills a void for older renters looking to transition from their homes to something with less hassle but aren’t ready to move fully into retirement.
“Those who still work but spend a great deal of time at the beach or in the mountains and don’t want the worry and hassle of a home but still want the quality, size and amenities we offer,” owner John Rudolph said in a statement describing the community’s demographic.
Like other new communities around the city, upscale amenities run amok, and they include multiple social rooms, a library, warming kitchen, “relaxing lounge,” outdoor terrace and club room.
Each unit is designed the same way custom homes are, complete with full dining rooms, chef’s kitchens and stand-alone tubs.
There are just 37 2- and 3-bedroom units, ranging in size from a 1,457 square foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plan ($2,850+) to a 2,200 square foot, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom floor plan ($5,000+).
Take a look at the floor plans:
Each comes complete with details often found in actual houses, including foyers, high ceilings and full dining rooms. Granite countertops, six-burner gas ranges, kitchen islands, wet bars with wine coolers, custom-designed organization in walk-in closets, walk-in laundry rooms and double vanities in the bathrooms are also standard.
