Tuna Tart — crispy flour, tuna sashimi, truffle creme, black salt, greens ($16)
Melt in your mouth delicious. I highly recommend the Tuna Tart. It’s one of the best sushi dishes I’ve had in Charlotte.
My Yasai — sweet tofu roll, vegetable nigiri combo, tsukemono ($17)
Goldentail – yellowtail belly, wasabi soy, torched ginger/chive truffle ($11)

Tsukamen Dipping Noodles — Ramen, hardboiled egg, condensed pork broth, braised pork belly ($16)
You can replace the pork belly with Wagyu ($40). I loved everything about this ramen bowl — it’s slurp-the-leftover-broth good.
Matcha Cheesecake – with Oreo cookie crust ($9)
Chocolate Moonpie – Moonpie, house-made marshmallow filling and cookie crumble ($8)
Wash it down with the Fallout, their new fall cocktail — Spiced rum, apricot, apple cider, chai syrup, bitters ($12)
