Everybody’s favorite brewery patio will be filled to the brim this weekend with food trucks, live music, giveaways and more to celebrate its third anniversary with “one hell of a party.”
Over 3,000 people have mentioned that they’re interested in the event on its Facebook page, and Sarah Brigham, who owns the brewery with her husband, Justin, is calling it their “biggest party of the year.”
The party starts at noon, and it’s not one you’ll want to miss. Here’s what you need to know.
Who: Sycamore Brewing, food trucks, pop-up shops, an IPA bar and musicians
Come hungry – Papi Queso, TIN Kitchen, Gyro Twins and OooWee BBQ (home of the famous BBQ sundae) will all be onsite.
Entry to the party is free, and as the brewery did with this year’s Pumpkin Fest, it’ll be a drink ticket-only operation at the bars. Each drink ticket will cost $5.50, and will get one beer.
Beers on tap include:
- Apricot Wheater
- The Big Fat Juicy IPA
- Citropica IPA
- Dank Williams IPA
- Happy Pils Pilsner with lime
- Juice Willis IPA
- Mountain Candy IPA
- Patrick Hazy IPA
- Southern Girl Blonde
- Sun Grown Fresh Craft Lager
- Toasted Honey Amber
Not a beer person? They’ll also be serving up cider, prosecco, prosecco pops and wine.
When: This Saturday, October 14, from noon to 10 p.m.
Get there early, as the first 100 people who purchase a drink ticket will get a free anniversary t-shirts and free Suaréz Bakery Sycamore-themed cupcake. The first 200 will receive an anniversary koozie as well, though both the t-shirts and koozies will be for sale throughout the day.
It’s looking like it’s going to be another warm, cloud-covered weekend, with temperatures hitting the low-80s on Saturday, but there’s little chance of rain.
If it does rain, don’t fret – according to Brigham, they’ll have an “enormous” tent.
Where: 2161 Hawkins Street
