Lexington Dilworth, the neighborhood’s newest luxury apartment community, faced a unique challenge when it came to design.
The side of the complex that sits on residential streets needed to reflect the neighborhood’s aesthetic, while the side of the complex closer to the Dowd Y and South Boulevard fit in there, too. And once inside, residents needed to feel as though they were in a homey condo rather than an apartment.
It all came together with an aesthetically pleasing exterior soft enough to not stand out on either side and wide hallways with high ceilings and plenty of natural light inside, and it’s working, with over 95% of the Lexington’s 230 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments already leased.
Lexington Dilworth offers 13 floor plans, starting at $1,100/month.
Each unit includes self-programming thermostat, high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, tile backsplashes, large bedrooms and a garden tub. See the full list of features and check availability here.
The Agenda got a look at the Dilworth model. At 635 square feet, the one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit felt expansive and, yes, well-lit.
The features and amenities that come with the price tag are lavish. Think six courtyards, a saltwater pool, a fitness center with on demand workouts, a gourmet swimming pool and more.
The Lexington Dilworth is located at 1106 Euclid Avenue and the leasing office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Connect on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
