SouthPark, rejoice. After what seemed like forever, the two-story Starbucks is now open.

The exact address is 4805 Sharon Road. It’s on the same strip as Corkbuzz, Rusty Bucket, Dogwood and across the street from the new Oak Steakhouse.

It looks great inside and all the furniture seems better than other Starbucks I’ve been in recently.

It’s a total of 2,400 square feet. Hours are 5 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday to Friday and 5:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Parking is slightly painful, but you’ll figure it out. There’s only 5 spaces in the actual lot, but there are decks all around.

Ohhhh, these chairs are comfortable. Nice finishes.

Also, I’m digging the white tile backsplash behind the bar. You can tell it’s brand new and that Starbucks has rethought the design elements.

The second story mezzanine level.

Upstairs has several comfy chairs, three two-person tables and one long table. It’s nice up there.

View from the mezzanine level onto the ground floor.

Interesting to see the interior design strategy of one long table. Reminds me of a coworking setup. Agenda story: Complete list, pricing and map of Charlotte’s 11 coworking spaces

This SouthPark Starbucks also has a drive-through.

There’s a small patio out front that faces Sharon (not pictured).

The drive-through wraps around the small parking lot.

Fun fact: This new SouthPark Starbucks is the only Charlotte Starbucks serving Nitro Cold Brew on draft.

Tastes delicious, but nitro cold brew makes me shake. It’s so strong.

Here’s a 19-second video tour.
